Chaiya in my face around both side of no
Sir/mam last two and three years my face has been suffering from chaiya. Basically chaiya is on the nose and around them both side, and mam last month i read an article about how to remove your skin chaiya and i I bought a cream that name Lomela, but this is not working properly when i use it night and see our face in morning redness is over my fc

You may be developing Melasma on the cheeks. It is called chaiyan in Hindi. First and foremost, sunprotection is very important. If you don't do that, it will never go. So this is required all your life. Secondly some creams are there which can reduce the pigmentation. Please send photos using online consult option for accurate diagnosis and prescription. Please don't use lomela as it contains strong steorid and can cause severe side effects.
