Chalky suggestions for teeths of my son
My son's upper jaw teeths are chalky (whitish) He is 5 yrs old. Daily we use to give him sugar milk. And sometimes orange juice with sugar. His daily consumption of sugar is around 3 table spoonful and for this schedule 1 yr completed. Kindly give advice to avoid further worsening and suggest cure.

White spots are the first signs of tooth decay. This is the make or break point. Visit a Pediatric dentist and get evaluated further. You need a detailed diet history and diet counselling. Reducing your sugar exposure and mainly the frequency would help you control the stage. You can additionally go in for fluoride varnish application which would be beneficial at this stage. Also you might need a change in your child’s toothpaste if you are not using the apt one as per his oral needs. Wishing him a healthy smile. Best wishes

Primary  teeth are milky white in colour ... so we call them as milk tooth.  I find no cavities in the photo of the teeth ... Chalky white appearance is normal ..you need not worry.

sugar content shld be decreased to avoid cavities.. and brushing twice daily shld be encouraged.
