Sir m suffering from sliding hiatus hernia docter said no need do sergury i should take antiacid life time ...i cant live one day whithout medicine my age is 35 if i go for sergury it will cure permanently ...or should i take further antiacid please reply me

Surgery is the only actual Treatment of sliding hiatus hernia refractory to medical treatment. But u should remember that surgery doesn't mean an absolutely normal life. Purpose of surgery is to prevent complications, further progression of the disease.
