I had a laproscopic inguinal hernia surgery (left side) 2 years ago.
Ever since the surgery my left testicle hangs higher than my right testicle (before surgery left testicle hung lower than the right).
For the past few weeks I have noticed a dull ache in my left testicle that usually lasts for about 2-3 minutes and I also noticed that my left testicle changes its size (gets slightly bigger and gets back to normal size after a few hours/minutes) throughout the day and the nerves connected to bottom of left testicle also feel a little hard(as compared to nerves of right testicle).
Most of the time I don't feel any discomfort.
Is it normal for testicle(not the scrotum) to chnage its size throughout the day ?
