Change in sleeping pattern
I used to sleep in a pretty normal position even 2 weeks ago. And I only needed about 7-8 hours of it everyday. But two weeks ago, I had a breakup and I suddenly noticed myself sleeping right on the edge of my bed, having my back brushed against the wall and basically sticking to the wall. I also stopped using the ceiling fan even though the the room has fairly high temperature, I can't use the fan while I sleep at all. Also I sleep for about 13-15 hours a day now. Is this a complex issue?

I don't think there is a need for much concern as far as the sleeping position is concerned. Sleeping without fan also isn't a cause for raising an alarm. Excessive sleep if associated with any other symptoms such as low mood, reduced interest in previously pleasurable activities, worthlessness, hopelessness and death wishes would be needing immediate medical attention.
Next Steps
It's always better to talk to a professional, a Psychiatrist.
