Hello, You need a clinical examination for it. There are chances that you are having fungal infection on your tongue. But clinical examination and some blood investigation (if needed)will help for further diagnosis . Please consult a dentist asap.

Frequent cleaning will not change color of tongue. Consult your doctor. You might have to do some blood screening to check for deficiencies. Use diluted mouthwash and temporarily don’t use any mouthwash with alcohol. If u consume alcohol in any form, stop it for some time.
