Changeing walking time
Walking on treadmill at 8 pm neight can i shift this walking to morning can this change  affect my suger level and hba1c which is more beneficial walking at neight or morning At present my all suger values are normal and hba1c is 5.2 please explain

Your sugars are normal and HbA1C which average of your sugars for 3 months is also normal. Daily exercise preferably at same time of the day is beneficial. If you shift exercise to morning, would recommend continuing it at the same time daily. Walking at night or in the morning offer the same benefit. Would advise any time of the day based on your convenience so that you can do it regularly
