I'm undergoing treatment for past 7 months for OCD, obsessive slowness. Can't see any changes in me. Want to change both psychologist and psychiatrist. But fear what if I just get one more technical label other than OCD. Should I consult any other doctors

OCD many time dos'nt respond ( about one third of cases)to routine treatment, and often called as treatment resistant OCD. Mant time it due to inadequte treatment. Another labelling is a possibility when clinical picture are confusing or unclear. If it is just OCD ask for optimising treatment along with non-pharmacological aid.
