Hi
Oral Paracetamol is used for fever control, pain relief....dosing is 10-15mg/kg/dose every 6-8hourly, as per need, namely if temperature over 99.6F or bodyache
Since minimal use of oral Paracetamol is always safe, in view of liver concerns, it is always best to use on need-basis so that unnecessary doses of Paracetamol is avoided!
