Towel Hamstring Stretch
Lie on the back, supporting the thigh with the hand or with a towel wrapped around it..
Slowly straighten the knee until a stretch is felt in the back of the thigh, trying to get the bottom of the foot to face the ceiling, one leg at a time.

Try sleeping on bed with hard mattress.
Also either try sleeping on your tummy or if you want to sleep on back then put a towel under your back. Also drink plenty of water.
There are two things in x-ray
1 - Paraspinal muscle spasm
Which means the muscles supporting the spine are under stress , hence they are weak .
So pain is there.
2 Reduced disc space-
Gap between the two vertebrae is reduced.
Solution
Avoid heavy weight lifting and forward bending.
Back and core muscle strengthening.
Hello Mr. Vivek, don't worry much about your back pain. X ray shows reduce space in between your discs. It may be due to your profession also as you have to be in one position for longer periods of time. Maintain your posture. Your back muscles strength is less that's why it shows lost lumbar lordosis that is normal curve of your spine is lost.

Go to the nearest physiotherapy center and start some electrotherapy. start with your back muscles strengthening exercises. do cat n camel exercise. do isometric back exercise.

maintain your posture while walking, sitting and standing. apply hot water bag at painful region twice daily for 15 mins. avoid stooping forward and avoid heavy weight lifting.
