Checking the things
Hi i am 24 years old. I am on sexual abstinence and masturbation abstinence from 100 days. I have got many positive results. But the problem is whenever I go to washroom to pee or poop, I just check Repeatatively. Did any of semen drop come out of penis? Sometimes I become panic thinking about that. Is this a disease? Because I do many times Repeatative things and it disturbs me. I am good at study 📚✏ and even sports, singing also but these things really disturb my daily life. Please tell me. Is this a disease and if yes then what is the cure? I do meditation, yoga and pranayama too. Thanxx
