Cheek bite
I bit the inside of my cheek at the same place many times accidentally and mostly while eating food and now it has turned into white. It looks like a lesion and it is painful. There are two lesions white in colour at same place. Please suggest some method to get rid of these lesions

The reason for cheek biting may be the sharp portion in your upper and lower teeth which are continuously impinging on the same area while you are biting..Visit a dentist to get the region examined properly before prescribing you any medication for the same..Avoid any sharp food portion to touch that area as it may lead to big lesions..

The reason for cheek bite is mainly due to sharpened edges of the upper and lower teeth which may take the soft cheek tissue between while chewing. White patches are not dangerous which are caused due to cheek bite. You can visit a dentist and get the edges smoothened and rounded to lessen the sharpness
