Chest and abdomen pulsating
I'm feeling weird, nervous, weak from this bizzare feeling of vibrations or flutterings in my chest, abdomen area to legs.What are these vibrations meant?I'm already experiencing these weeks ago.Sometimes, I have a little pain over my left chest and in upper stomach area.Even, I find my self suffocating while reading or working, which requires energy.Please doctor what is this issue and evulate this problem.Please suggest some medicines as there are lockdowns going on!.

It appears u r too sensitive about ur body and paying too much attention to every thing happening in ur body. I will suggest beside studies u r doing u must do some outdoor if possible WITHOUT BREAKING THE LOCKDOWN AND SICIAL DISTANCING , do some jogging or excercise. And PARANAYAM . Read or play games of ur interest to pass ur free time , sleep at proper time and have good sleep.
