Chest and arm pain
I/m 25 year old. since last one month, sometimes i am having pain in my chest and arms(left arm specially) and which stands only for a second(max 2 seconds) and which looks like muscle kind of pain. but i visited cardiologist and did all the tests(ECG, Echo cardio dopler test, stress test TMT, Lipid profile) but after reports doctor said you don't have any heart related problem. so what can be the other cause of this pain? and sometimes also i'm feeling shortness of breath when i/m in tention.

Considering your nature of complaints & normal cardiac screening tests; it seems you have a musculoskeletal issue/ muscle pull.
Next Steps
You may take a short course of pain killer medication +/- local painkiller ointment for pain relief. Daily Meditation & deep breathing exercises with regular walking will relieve your tension/anxiety.
Health Tips
Avoid lifting heavy weights with left arm. Avoid jerky movements of left arm. Resume normal activity once pain subsides.
