Chest bone pain.

Asked for Female, 28 Years

I am having pain in exact centre point of the chest (under neck bone and slightly up from breasts) since 1 year. It felt like pain in bone but 2 weeks ago this pain got increased plus spread at some more place. And now it's feeling in tissues as well apart from bone. Its increased to the level that even cough or sneeze is directly hitting this pain. I have 14 months old baby, I use to feed him during night and for day timing most of the time I provide him bottle milk and cereals.
