Chest cramps
3 days ago, I vomited clear Whiskey colored with some mucous or cough like thing in the morning and since then I am having chest cramps. I can't eat solid food much as it increases the problem. Is it related with my smoking and drinking habits? Please suggest what needs to be done. Thanks in advance

Avoid foods and drinks that trigger symptoms.... Everyone has specific triggers. Common triggers such as fatty or fried foods, tomato sauce, alcohol, chocolate, mint, garlic, onion, and caffeine may make symptoms worse. .... Eat smaller meals. Avoid overeating by eating smaller meals..... Don't lie down after a meal. Wait at least three hours after eating before lying down or going to bed......
