Chest Discomfort
Hey doc. I am feeling chest discomfort every now and then these few days. It started on Tuesday night after I gobbled down some food because I was in a rush. Happens usually before and after meals. I also have a lot of phlegm in my throat since Sunday because I had stuffy nose over the weekend. Just 2hrs ago, the chest discomfort intensified, and it just died down. Started with an ache right next to the hollow of my shoulder. Then it moved towards the centre (slight to the left). Then pain then spread to the right and then return back to near the centre and remain there. It move slightly up a bit to just below my throats and back down. Now I kind of feel like there is tension on my breastbone and I have to "crack" it. It's late where I am (11pm). Just curious if there is a need to rush to the er or I can wait till tmr morning when the clinic opens. Also anything I can do to ease the discomfort?

Try taking an antacid and see if you get some relief..  And try walking . If pain increases while walking,  you need  to get yourself checked. There is no harm in getting one ECG done asap.
