Chest discomfort
I am overweight so i started following a low carb high protein diet and also gymming for about 2 hours 5 days a week. I also have protein supplements, CLA BCAA and L- arginine supplements.From the past 3-4 days i am feeling like a slightly raised heart beats and a minor pain on the left side of my chest. I have no palpitations. I am worried
