Chest enlargement
I'm seeing that my chest size is overly larged around the nipples. It's also going a little sideways from the nipples. So is it some hormonal problem or is it something else.
Just to add, I don't feel tired and have great strength to carry the weight.

Maybe excess fat or starting of Gynaecomastia. Kindly share some photos in private to rule out what exactly is it ?
