Chest/heart condition
Am easily feared.anytime it comes,my chest will get shocked. Ie if i hear a sudden tractor sound or a sudden strange sound. And i do have slight headache

your probably have anxiety attacks. i would suggest you do a full body check up and consult a physician and a psychologist
