Chest pain and back pain
I have been facing panic attacks since a few days because of Covid-19. I don't have any respiratory systems and no fever but i have been really scared about it and i am experiencing chest pain and it feels like i am not able to catch my breath at times. So is this normal i want to know. Does this happen because of anxiety panic fear and overthinking because i have been really really stressing about it since few days. Please help.

It may be due to anxiety. Do regular exercise Eat healthy Drink lots of water Engage your self in your hobbies Take a good 8 hours sleep If still not better then review with a Physician.

Hello, panic attack can present in this way and  if it happens only at times when you are stressed about something then this could be the case. You can rule out signs of physical disease by talking to a doctor
Next Steps
try relaxation excercises, meditation, make a fruitful routine for the lockdown days rather than losing all initiative and just binge watching news. Be aware of the situation around you but don't  make that the centre point of your life.
