Chest pain and congestion

Asked for Male, 21 Years

Iam 21 yrs old male. Im facing left side chest pain especially below the nipple region. Breathlessness and chest congestion is also there.. It lasts from 3 weeks. BP and pulse are normal. While taking steam inhalation it slightly reduces the pain. What may be the problem. ? And please suggest a solution.
