Chest pain and having Ulcer.
Dear Cardiologist, This is to know whether I have heart problem or heart block? From 12th January 2019 I am having acidity problem. Pain burning sensation below chest spreading upwards. I have Ulcer, High BP, Urticaria, Asthma. I am taking medicine Tazloc H 40mg and Stamlo 10mg daily as per Cardiologist prescription. For urticaria I have daily Cetrizen for last 7 years. For ulcer I was having Esogress D on Gastroenterologist prescription. Now I am having Ulgel syrup and Pantocid DSR for last 2 days. For Asthma I have Montek AB and Formoflo 250mg inhaler with Asthalin rotocap 200mg. I am having pain in chest back of shoulder. Numbness on right hand fingers. I did ECG at a Hospital 15th January 19 and met Neurologist in a private clinic. ECG is normal. Neurologist is a renowned Doctor. I met Neurologist because I get pain in left side head and numbness feeling over left face. Neurologist has given me Topaz medicine. MRI brain already done for me 6 yrs ago. Why my chest paining till now?

Chest pain can be due to cardiac problem.Further test may be required to differentiate it from acidity. Consult online with me.will guide further.
