Chest pain and short breathing
My wife feeling pain at the upper right side of chest , about 3 inches apart from middle of chest. Short breathing also she has. Probable cause and concern specialist doctor to visit, Plz let me know.

57/F, If Diabetic or Hypertensive , first thing to rule out is heart problem. Take ECG. Check BP, Pulse. If she is having cough, fever... it could be pluritic chest pain. In this case, on taking deep breathing her chest pain will increase. History of any allergies to dust, cold air , pollen etc, she might have wheeze now. Proceed accordingly.
