Chest pain and skin become red huge pain

Assamalikum I am Mohammad Arif Age 19 year old I have going on pain on my left side of chest From 4 days I can take clear breath Suddenly my pain begains and it whole area start to become red And also it start to burn on the chest I have take medicine call I brofine And gastric tablet But some some the gastric problems erased but the chest pains continued When I get done down I get the pain Pls help me and pls provide me a good consultation
