Chest pain and unexplained bruises

Asked for Female, 47 Years

For a few months I get a nagging pain in my chest and under my left breast. I am a 47 year old post menopausal female. Had hysterectomy at 36 due to endometriosis. Yesterday I noticed four reddish bruises down my left leg and this morning they have all but disappeared
