Chest pain around nipple area

Asked for Male, 26 Years

My chest is paining around the nipple area. When I touch it pain increases. It started some years ago then it stoped then again I felt little pain around nipple area and it didn't occur till yesterday but from 2-3 days I'm again feeling pain around the nipple area.
