Chest pain at night
Hi doc my father had a stroke in 2015 and is under treatment from narayana Bangalore and having acute gastric problem aswell occasionally he suffers from chest pain at night so we had done echo recently can you please check and see if everything is normal or needs urgent treatment

Hello,
Echo shows mild septal hypokinesia that means a part of his heart is not getting enough blood supply. This occurs due to blockages in his heart arteries. And if he has chest pain I think you should visit a hospital urgently and get his coronary angiogram done ASAP
