Chest pain only during sneezing, coughing or lifting weights could be due to Vit D deficiency.

For chest pain,complete history along with ecg is needed after ruling out acidity and indigestion.

Chest pain can be due to multiple causes..for further evaluation we need to know the severity,location,other symptoms,duration etc to be supplemented by ecg as the first test ..till then pain killers and local application of analgesic can be done..it seems to be muscular

Nausea and sneezing doesn't seem to be related with occasional chest discomfort .it seems to be muscular pain as it increases on deep breathing.  So take analgesic with deep breathing exercise that will help
