Chest pain
Dear Doctor, My mother age is 59 she was suffering from chest pain last 15 days she is patient of high bp we. Visit to cardiology the said doctor do report of troponin I which is count is 12 and troponin t count is 13.38 and also ECG seems quite normal yet she is suffering from chest pain while walking and brearthing. Please suggest what is the reason of pain what I have to do now please suggest.

I need to tell me the reference range of trop in the test used. If it’s within normal I would suggest get an echo and tmt done. If trop is above reference range requires angiography
