Dear sir My mom age 46 no other problems still she fine just since 10 days sometimes she feeling heavyness on both side chest and back upper part of shoulder .. just upper part only can u sugget me any temporvary tablet for releif .. she dont have any breathing problem also she fine .. just she worrying now why heavyness she feeling now a days . If I done back shoulder massage to her she was saying she feels good like 1 or 2 days .. I did not understood .. and now a days we r worrying to go hospitals due to covid os pls advice ..

Chest and back pains should not be dealt with any ‘temporary tablets’, they should be categorically evaluated before prescribing any treatments. If you are scared about going out, video-teleconsultation should atleast be done with Pulmonologist or a cardiologist ASAP

can be muscular pain but considering her age cardiac cause should be ruled out,consult a pulmonologist and a cardiologist immediately!

May be Musculoskeletal pain. Still better to get an ECG done. Take Tab Xykaa MR 4 mg twice daily for 5 days Tab Omez 40 mg once daily for 5 days

May be myelgia. Can take over the counter pain killers
