your back and chest pain could be because of your mental state. sometimes it appears that the mental issues are because of something we know just like you have mentioned your personal issues are the cause of your problems. but it may not be so. there may be something deeper which you may not be aware of....and this could affect your personal life and then, in turn, cause depression. consult a professional
