Chest pain...dry cough...weekness.uncomf

I have been chestpain and cough since 4 monts.i feel very uncomfortable and my body temperature is 100 but i feel some heat on my head.at starting i feel thirst and my touncil gone to short.i feel very weekness and some hedache prob. After starting these problems.. When i go to sleep at night i feel some problem relate to breathing that time i really feel too restless and uncomfortable.please guide me sir... I met to several doctors the said that these prkblem related to mind tensio. How
