Hi. I understand your concern s. You will need to undergo a detailed examination and investigation like pulmonary function test which is needed for the diagnosis. consult a pulmonologist for the same at the earliest.

Whether it is a chest pain or chest tightness
If it is a chest tightness, then probably you are suffering from asthma.
Better to consult a pulmonologist for complete evaluation and management.
