Chest Pain
I am feeling pain in chest from last 6 days its not continously but occur sometimes when i fold my hand and congestion also breathing is normal ,no problem in sleep and not sure about the problem i think when i press my sternum part with hands i feel pain ,suddenly it start i was thinking its normal but problem reamin the same kindly advice me and also tell me which Dr. should i consult orthopedics,general physcian ,cardio or any other.

I would advise you to visit the ER and get evaluated and undergo further investigations to find the underlying cause. These steps may help: - Don't skip meals and have a healthy, well balanced diet - Reduce/ Avoid spicy,fried, fatty, junk and oily food - Avoid/ Limit drinking coffee, tea and carbonated drinks to once a day - Exercise regularly (minimum 30 mins) - Increase daily intake of water to 3 liters - Avoid/Stop smoking and drinking if you have the habit - Reduce stress through methods such as yoga/meditation. If pain persists or worsens visit the ER at the earliest
