Chest pain
I am having chest pain from one month its a short duration pain like just comes and goes away within a second, I have also done an ecg for that which came to be normal. I often sleep on my chest facing downward and since today morning since I woke up there is a chest pain on left side around my left nipple. I am not sure if its muscular pain like from inside the chest or outside I can't figure it out. Moreover from a long time I am also having shortness of breath, I gusss that is because of my sedentary lifestyle because from last 3 Months I am only at home no oustide activities like not even a short walk What does this overall indicate

If everything are alright but still pain persists at morning only then its related to postural problems at night. Shortness of breath may be a anxiety related symptoms but need proper evaluations.
