Chest pain
I have chest pain since 10 years ,also i have consult 3-4 chest and heart specialist and done full body check up 3 times including Xray,ECG,loung ,B12,T4 and TMT etc and all report are normal can you please suggest what i will do, when chest rotate then i feeling pain no issue while breathing and pain is left and centre side of chest...

You are suffering from stiffness of your chest and back muscles. This has happened due to your working habits, prolonged sitting and probably working on laptop. Slouching causes muscle tightness in front and stretched muscles on back. This can cause pain when you move beyond the available flexibility.

U can get examination by Orthopedic surgeon to rule out costochondritis. If normal then u can seek appointment from psychiatrist too.

Based on your history the most common problem that I can think of is osteochondritis. But being said that you will need a physical examination for confirmation as there is no specific blood test for it. Or second most common would be just a muscular pain. For both you need to take anti inflammatory painkillers and apply ice and avoid lifting objects. So some deep breathing exercises
