I have chest pain with left hand pain.what should I do? I had covid 2 months back and after that I am having these issue.

It is less likely cardiac. Get an ECG & X-ray cervical spine AP/Lateral done. Is there any neck pain with neck movements, any tingling sensation in left hand?
