Chest pain
I ve a very mild pain at middle of the chest.it seems to be across the food pipe....i feel like having fever but i m not having temperature and some 2 days back i felt like having low bp.lastly when i take a deep breadth the intensity of pain little increases .

Mostly it is because of acid reflux. Can take antacid for this problem.
For low BP along with these symptoms rule out cardiac problem, for that take one ECG
