Chest Pain

Asked for Male, 24 Years

I've been having occasional brief chest pain for a 3 days, with neck, shoulder and back pain as well. Back pain is fairly usual for me because I often have poor posture, but the shoulder and chest pain have not seemed familiar. I slept longer last night because the pain was bothering me more frequently, and it seems a bit less frequent today, but still present.
