Chest pain
Mild chest pain on left side at irregular intervals since last one week. Have high work pressure with less sleeping hours of approx. 6 hrs daily. and irregular timings for evening meals. Please suggest what could be the reason and which tests or x-ray needs to be done. No other problem in breathing or body movement.

Hi...., your chest pain could be due to mild Gastritis.... Avoid irritating foods. Avoid foods that irritate your stomach, especially those that are spicy, acidic, fried or fatty.... .Avoid alcohol. Alcohol can irritate the mucous lining of your stomach... Eat at regular times. Don't skip meals, and try to eat about the same time each day to help regulate bowel function.... Consult Physician....
