Chest pain in case of young adults has high possibility of CORONARY ARTERY DISEASE due to stable angina or unstable angina or myocardial infarction. It may also be associated with hyperlipidemia or diabetes mellitus type2. Consult any cardiologist immediately or get your patient admitted in any nearest health care centre, where cardiologist or consultant physician or both are available. Check for CHEST X-RAY (PA VIEW), ECG, Troponin T card test, Echocardiography, blood for fasting lipid profile, fasting blood sugar, PPBS(2hrs), urea, creatinine, hs-CRP. Regarding treatment, take Tab. Monotrate 25mg 1tab sub lingually s.o.s for severe chest pain. For consultation, follow up with attachment of all reports in private.

Hi there...which part of the chest does she have pain? Since when is it there? Because chest pain can be due to many reasons like angina (acute cases), gastritis referred pain(common in this age), costochondritis, pleurisy. It will require detailed clinical examination and further investigations probably like ecg, cxr, usg. So kindly consult a general physician for further evaluation.
