Chest Pain Which Comes And Goes.
Hello Doctor.
My Child Has Chest Pain Which Comes And Goes For Past 10 days.
The chest occurs in any side of the chest left side right side and sometime in the middle too
There No Fever
No cough
No cold.
But sometime there is pain in the temple.
Please Help

Pain could be due to gastritis or related to heart
Next Steps
Give Tab junior Lanzol (15 mg) twice daily before food for 1 week
Have dinner at least 1 hr before going to bed
Have breakfast on time
Drink plenty of liquids/ water
