HELLO, CONSULT A GENERAL PHYSICIAN M.D.. TABLET FLEXON TWO-TIMES A DAY AFTER FOOD FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS.   SYRUP BRONCHOLIN HALF TEASPOON FUL TWO TIMES AND ONE TEASPOON FUL AT NIGHT. TABLET DERYPHYLLIN RETARDED 150TWO-TIMES A DAY FOR THREE TO FIVE DAYS. PLENTY OF HOT LIQUIDS. BLEND DIET. O.K BYE.
