CHEST PAINS/ ANGINA/ NEED ADVISE
I get suffocating pressure like chest discomfort radiating down my left arm and neck since many months.. I cant walk/ do much activity/ take stress/ watch movies.. ---Echo ecg done in april 2020 was fine.. ---TMT was not repeated as it had been done in February 2019... ---CT CALCIUM SCORE was zero. ----24 hour holter monitoring perfect Doctor said he doesnt think its angina pain but put me on dilzem 90 mg.. 1 month of dilzem lowered bp but nothing changed in chest pains Doctor says he doesnt know what do for me and get second opinion from some metro city Now I want to know what to do? i am clueless? Only thing left now is CardiAc mri or CT angiography!! I have scared that I have coronary spams/ microvascular angina/ coronary slow flow...

Hello, If your TMT is normal then no need to worry. You have a least chance of having heart attack. This pain probably is musculoskeletal Take care
