Why have I been getting chest pain. The pain is sharp stabbing pains in the middle of my chest but now it's tightness In the middle of my chest and it lasts for about 30 minutes or longer.

hi, Chest pain may be due to several reasons. following are the common reasons 1. Hyper acidity or Excess Gas 2. calcium deficiency 3. anemia 4. Heart problem ( but not common in your age). 5 . Stress/grief Etc so please meet a doctor in person so that he can best evaluate your problem and make a diagnosis . Thank you
