Chest Problem
I have problem around my chest.from last 3-4 months..Like An adnormality in chest..like sometimes it seems a little pain..,sometimes burn and feels like some weight on my chest.. Due to this..I feel difficulty to sleep ..keeping chest up....So I sleep keeping chest at down position.. But from last week ,this things happening more often and increased.. I faced this same issue like 4 years earlier but it was not too much that time...also with a extra problem(being tired more often)but It was cured.by some medicines given by a doctor...but again starting to happen..I don't know why this happening..Can you tell the main reason and Next things that Ishould do So that it will be fully cured ...

If the main problem that is bothering you is difficulty in sleeping upright, then try sleeping with the head end of the bed raised, perhaps with a couple of pillows behind your back. Take care that your entire upper torso is raised and not just head and neck. Wait atleast 2 hours after dinner to go to bed. Do not drink too much water right before sleeping. Avoid acidic foods like curd, lime etc
