My son 2 month and 26 days old. His chest sounds since he was 1 month old. Also breath noisy while sleeping don't know whether he is snoring. I have been to pediatrician but he says his is fine. Is that possible he doesn't find that time his chest sound with stethoscope? Because His chest sounds when cry or he is playing. His weight gain is good. He is exclusively breastfeeding baby.

Give steam inhalation 2-3 times a day if the problem is persisting even after cleaning baby's nostrils.
