Chest tightness & Pain after smoking...
I've recently tried quitting smoking cigarettes and successfully managed doing so for a month. I picked up the habit again but only to smoke one cigarette twice in a week.
But whenever I do smoke now, I have a strong chest tightness and uncomfortableness for a day or two before subsiding back to being normal. While in those 2 days, I can also hear cracking sound in my trachea while doing normal stretching workouts. This really worries me as I am someone who is turning into healthy lifestyle and these issues do bother me.
I was in the US, and I used to take few supplements as precautionary measures
which included Glutathione, NAC and Omega 3 . I thought of letting you know if this helps...
Thank you so much!

Hey. Well it could be a case of Bronchitis or just moderate acidity triggered by smoking.
Either one will need treatment plus lifestyle changes. We can discuss further if you like. Take care.
