Chest tightness
Dear sir/madam, my weight 83kgs Symptoms: 1. I feel chest tightness when I move neck side and downwards 2. Feeling left arm elbow and wrist pain 3. I feel more chest tightness and pains when I feel stress or when I feel tensed 4. I feel fatigue immediately when I miss my breakfast/lunch/dinner timings 5. Consulted gastroenterologist suggested sompraz 40mg and ulgel syrupthere is no change in chest tightness 6. I have done recent ecgs and done 2d echo 1 year back all are normal but there is no change in pain 7. Also feeling pain from neck to lower back and shoulder blades 8. Also have allergic bronchitis 9. I feel pain and tightness when I bring neck down and both arms together Life style habits: 1. No physical activity 2. Eaten lots of junk food and stopped now Queries: 1. Is this heart related or spine problem ?? 2. Which type of tests to be done for further evaluation? Please help...

ECG and ECHO normal you told. Better to do a TMT as ur obese and not doing physical activity ..it's high time to focus about ur health Start exercise Stop eating junk food Sleep at least 7 hours
